Most venues include the hire of the main rooms for a set number of hours, plus tables and chairs. Some also provide a wedding coordinator on the day, basic sound equipment, and use of the grounds for photos. But many extras are separate. Catering is usually the biggest extra, and it may or may not include tableware, glassware and cutlery. Drinks packages, whether a toast, a bar tab or a free bar, are often priced separately. Linen, napkins and chair covers are frequently an add-on, as are centrepieces, candles and any other decor. Staff for serving, bar work and clearing up are sometimes included but often charged per hour.
