Questions
About Wedding Website
What if we have more than three events?
Add as many as you need. Each extra event is charged as an add-on, and the order form shows the price before you pay. Signature includes unlimited events.
Can each family see only the events they are invited to?
Yes. Each household's private link shows only their events, so evening guests see the evening party and family see everything.
Can guests change their reply?
Yes. They open their link again and update it. You see the change straight away on your dashboard.
How do I pay?
By card on our secure checkout, in full when you order, for every package and add-on. The only exception is Bespoke: a 50% deposit when you order and the other 50% when your website goes live.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move up a package at any time and only pay the difference.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days to cancel. If we've already started building at your request, we charge only for the work done so far.
How long does my website stay online?
12 months from going live, or until three months after the wedding for the E-Invite. Another year costs £19.
