Questions
About E-Invite
Can we move up to the full website later?
Yes. You can move up to any package at any time and pay only the difference. Your replies stay where they are.
Can one guest reply for the whole family?
Yes. Each reply gives the number of adults and children coming, so one person can answer for their household.
We have a mehndi and a walima as well. Is the E-Invite enough?
The E-Invite covers one event. For two or three events, the Wedding Website gives each one its own RSVP, and Signature has no limit.
How do I pay?
By card on our secure checkout, in full when you order, for every package and add-on. The only exception is Bespoke: a 50% deposit when you order and the other 50% when your website goes live.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move up a package at any time and only pay the difference.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days to cancel. If we've already started building at your request, we charge only for the work done so far.
How long does my website stay online?
12 months from going live, or until three months after the wedding for the E-Invite. Another year costs £19.
