Good to know

Do I have to build it myself?

No. You send us your details and photos, we build your website, and you check it and ask for changes.

How quickly will it be ready?

Within 48 hours of receiving your details. Signature websites are ready within 24 hours.

Can each family see only their own events?

Yes. From the Wedding Website package, each household gets its own private link that shows only the events they are invited to.

How do guests reply?

They tap RSVP, choose their events, numbers, meals and dietary needs, and send. There's no app to download and no login.

How do we see the replies?

In your live dashboard, by email as each reply arrives, as a spreadsheet, or in your own Google Sheet. Signature adds a report for your caterer and venue.

Can you put a QR code on our printed invitations?

Yes. Every package includes a QR code as an image and a print-ready PDF, so any printer can add it to your cards.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. You pay once. Your website stays online for 12 months, and another year costs £19. The E-Invite stays online until three months after the wedding.

Can our website be in Urdu, Punjabi or Hindi?

Yes. Signature and Bespoke websites can be bilingual, with English alongside Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, Gujarati, Bengali or Arabic.

Can we change our theme later?

Yes. You can switch to any of our 661 themes until your website goes live, at no extra cost.

What happens to our guests' details?

They are used only for your wedding. We never sell them or use them for marketing, and we delete them six months after the wedding unless you keep your website online longer.
