Weddings across UK
British weddings are wonderfully varied. In England, many couples choose a country house or a city hall, with a civil ceremony followed by a reception in a marquee or a barn. Church weddings remain popular, especially in villages where the whole community turns out. In Scotland, you might have a ceilidh with a piper leading the bridal party, and handfasting is a cherished tradition. Welsh weddings often include a love spoon and a choir. Northern Irish couples may have a traditional 'drumming' or a relaxed gathering in a castle or a coastal hotel.
Across the UK, the day often blends old and new: a morning ceremony, a long afternoon of photographs and canapés, a formal dinner, and then dancing into the night. Speeches are a highlight, with the best man and father of the bride sharing stories and toasts. Many couples now add their own touches, such as a sweet cart, a photo booth, or a fireworks display. Whatever the style, the focus is on family, friends, and a good party.
Your guests may live in the same street, in different UK cities, or abroad in Dubai, New York, or Sydney. A single wedding website with RSVP for each event means everyone can see exactly what they are invited to, from the ceremony to the evening party. Private links for each household keep the details secure, and the guest dashboard shows you who has replied, their meal choices, and any dietary needs. This is especially helpful when families are spread across time zones, as they can respond at their convenience, and you can update them with any changes instantly.

Questions
Your questions
Can I have a wedding website if I'm getting married abroad?
Yes. Our websites are built for couples anywhere in the world, even if you are marrying in the UK or elsewhere. You can include details of your destination wedding, travel information, and RSVP for events. We do not provide legal advice, so please check with your local register office or embassy for any requirements.
How do my guests use the website?
Each guest receives a private link, either by email, WhatsApp, or a QR code on your printed card. They open the link on their phone, see the events they are invited to, and RSVP with their meal choices and dietary needs. You can see all responses in your guest dashboard, which is like a simple spreadsheet.
Can I add events like a rehearsal dinner or a morning-after brunch?
Absolutely. You can have as many events as you like, and each guest or household can be invited to some or all of them. For example, you might invite close family to the rehearsal dinner, all guests to the ceremony and reception, and only some to the brunch. The website will show each guest only the events they are invited to.
Do you offer websites in other languages?
Our standard website is in English. The Signature package adds wording in Arabic, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, Gujarati, or Bengali. This is useful if you have family members who are more comfortable in another language. We do not offer other languages, but you can always add your own text in any language.
