Short answer
Create a shared Google Drive folder for photos, set sharing to anyone with the link, copy the folder link, then generate a QR code from that link. Guests scan it to open the folder and upload their pictures.
First, open Google Drive and create a new folder named something like "Our Wedding Photos". Inside the folder, click the share button and change the access so that anyone with the link can view or upload. For uploading, choose "Editor" permission so guests can add their own photos. Copy the folder link from the address bar. Then go to a free QR code generator and paste that link. Generate a static QR code and download it as a high-resolution image. Print the code on small tent cards for each table, or display it on a welcome board near the entrance. You can also add it to your wedding website and your e-invites. Remind guests to scan the code with their phone camera, which opens the folder directly. Ask them to upload photos throughout the day or after the wedding. Make sure the folder is not set to private, or guests will see an error. Test the link on a phone that is not logged into your Google account to confirm it works. Keep the folder organised with subfolders for ceremony, reception and dancing if you like.
