What is a good free RSVP website?

Answered by the UK Wedding Websites editorial team · Updated 2026-10-12

Short answer

There is no single best free option, because free plans change and some hide costs. We cannot recommend a specific site, but you can compare features yourself or use our own UK-built wedding website service.

Many free RSVP tools exist, but the fine print often changes. A plan may look free at first and then charge for extra guests, custom domains or event pages. Some also add branding or limit how many questions you can ask.

Before you sign up, check what is really included. Look at how many guests are covered, whether you can add more than one event, and if you can send reminders. See whether guests must create an account to reply, and whether you can export your list at the end.

Privacy matters too. A UK-built option may feel safer for British guests who are used to local services. Our own wedding website lets you add RSVP for every event, share private links with households, use QR codes and give guests a dashboard. You can review it on our site.

You do not have to pick the cheapest option. The right tool is the one your guests will actually use. Test it yourself first, then ask a friend to try it on a phone.

If you are unsure, start with a free plan and move to a paid one only if you need more features.
