Can you provide me with an editable table seating chart template?

Short answer

Yes, you can use a spreadsheet or a word processor to make your own editable template. There is no need to pay for one when a simple grid does the job.

Open a blank spreadsheet and draw a rectangle for each table. Label the tables by number or by theme, such as family or friends. Then list every guest name inside the correct table shape. You can resize the shapes, change fonts, and add colours to match your wedding palette.

If you prefer something more visual, a word processor lets you insert text boxes and move them freely. This works well if you want to place tables on a room map. Draw the room outline first, then drop your table shapes inside it.

Keep your template simple. Too many colours or fancy designs make it hard to read when you print it out. A clean layout helps your wedding party and venue staff set things up correctly. Save your file with a clear name so you can find it later, and keep a backup copy in case your computer acts up.
