What are some hen do ideas for a hen party in the north east or north west of England?

The north east and north west offer plenty of variety for a hen do. In Newcastle, you could start with afternoon tea, then move to a cocktail bar or a comedy club in the evening. The Quayside is great for photos, and there are group activities like axe throwing or a pottery class. For a calmer day, head to Tynemouth for a coastal walk and fish and chips. In Manchester, the options are huge: a food tour, a private karaoke room, a drag brunch, or a visit to a gallery. You could also book a workshop like perfume making or a baking class. If the group enjoys the outdoors, the Lake District is a short drive from the north west, and the Yorkshire Dales are accessible from the north east. A day of gentle walking followed by a pub dinner can be perfect. For larger groups, think about transport. A coach or minibus hire can make it easier to move between venues, especially if some guests are drinking. Always confirm group discounts and dietary needs with each venue.
