How it beganOur story

Giulia and Marco

A Spark at the Market, 2019

Giulia and Marco met at a busy Saturday market in Milan, where Marco dropped his basket of peaches and Giulia kindly helped gather them. They spent the rest of the afternoon chatting over coffee, discovering a shared love for long walks and old films.

After three years of shared recipes, weekend trips, and one very memorable camping trip in the Dolomites, they decided to build their future together.

Getting there

The nearest airport is Milan Malpensa, about a 45-minute drive from Lake Como. Taxis and private transfers can be arranged from the airport to the venue.

Where to stay

Guests are encouraged to stay in the charming towns of Bellagio, Varenna, or Menaggio, which offer a range of accommodation from cosy B&Bs to elegant villas.

Gifts

The couple kindly requests no physical gifts. If you wish to contribute, a donation to their chosen charity or a handwritten card will be treasured.

Is there a vegetarian option available?

Yes, a full vegetarian menu will be offered for the wedding dinner, with several courses to choose from.

Can children attend the ceremony and dinner?

Children are warmly welcome at the ceremony and dinner. A small play area will be available during the reception.

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive 15 minutes before the 4:00 PM start time to allow for seating.

Is there parking at the venue?

Complimentary parking is available on-site for up to 60 vehicles. Carpooling is encouraged.
